Our furniture is produced in the UK or in Europe. Yet, every item is hand finished in our workshops in Somerset, England. While the majority of our items are already made in the UK, we're on a mission to move our entire manufacturing processes over to England. These furniture pieces are directly imported from our UK workshops to our storage facility in Detroit, Michigan.

If you have placed an order for furniture that is stored in our Michigan warehouse, please allow 1-3 weeks for items delivered via courier (UPS, FedEx etc) to arrive and 4-8 weeks for large, heavy goods such as dining tables to arrive. This timeline depends on your location relative to Michigan. If your order needs to be made in our UK workshops, please allow 12-16 weeks for it to arrive. This is because the items must first be made in the UK, shipped to the US, where it could be held in customs, and finally delivered. We will do our best to expedite this as much as possible. You can come and visit our newly opened store in Charlevoix, MI, and come and see some of our furniture in person. Please note that our retail store is open between May - October every year and that we may not have every piece on display. If you would like to inquire about which pieces you can come and visit, please contact us.

For smaller items, such as chairs and bar stools, we ship them using a third party postal service, such as UPS and FedEx. These items leave from our warehouse in Detroit, MI and can take a few weeks to be delivered depending on your location relative to Michigan. For larger items, such as dining tables, these are delivered via a white glove service and may take between 4-8 weeks to arrive.
